• Case: unique stainless steel case shaped resembling a Stingray that looks to be in unpolished condition with sharp pointed crown guards

We will provide proof of receipt that shipment has been made. This is due to our past bad experiences of dealing with the Customs of these countries.

• Refund will be based on final selling price excluding shipping costs incurred. Buyer is responsible for the shipping costs for returned items.

• A request for refund must be made within 14 days from the date the item reached you.

• We cannot accept return if the item was mishandled / abused / altered or with parts removed.

• Ship the item back to us within 5 business days of requesting the return when returning an item for a refund

• Returning items at sender’s cost and risk. Please ensure that the item is sufficiently protected and insured.
