This hand operated Bead Roller has long been used in metal fabrication and restoration to add stiffening and decorative beads to metal panels.
Common uses are for restoration body panels, custom floors, wheel tubs, motorcycle tanks, street rod body parts, patch panels, signs and metal sculpting.
Made from 16mm heavy plate steel and featuring a huge 460mm throat depth making it perfect for your beading jobs and will handle beading up to 1.2mm steel and 1.5mm aluminium.
The 25mm heavy duty shafts roll in greaseable long life bushes and are driven by strong steel gears driving both shafts and a sturdy cast handle.
Other nice features are a heavy duty bolt down base and a die rack to keep all your dies safe and from rolling around the workshop.
