Valid orders must include a full and correct shipping address and working telephone number in order to be processed. We cannot be held responsible for any delays or delivery problems caused by the failure to provide full address/contact details. PayPal and eBay's rules state that we cannot change a delivery address once an order is placed so please be sure that the correct shipping address is added to your PayPal account before payment is made. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your address as we will need to cancel your order so that you may make a new order with the correct address information.

We ensure that all items are packed well and shipped with reputable and well known courier services with full tracking information provided. However, most couriers have rules regarding restricted addresses and we therefore cannot ship to hotels, hospitals, military or civilian PO Boxes, military installations and other similar addresses.

Shipping Estimates:

Please allow a short additional time period for delivery as brief delays may occur when the parcel reaches your local authorities – in most cases, we have no ability to speed up this process as it is entirely out of our hands, but we will keep you informed and assist whenever we can.

Note: We may be required to ship your purchase from an international warehouse that is different to that stated in the listing under "item location". This is done for logistics reasons only and whilst rare, is sometimes necessary. Please be assured that your dispatch and delivery time estimates and customs status should not be changed by this.

If you have any concerns or questions regarding shipping and delivery or if your item is different in any way to what you expected, please message us immediately so we can investigate, intervene or assist.

We accept returns up to 30 days from the receipt of an item according to the official delivery date provided by the courier and as long as the return is pre-approved by our staff.

You must inform us of any defect with your merchandise within 3 days of delivery - after this time you must activate your warranty to resolve any issue. All items are sold with our 2 year seller warranty unless different information is provided in the listing.

Please check your purchase as soon as it is delivered.

Special offer for Holiday Shoppers – If you place your order after the 1st of October your item will qualify for an extended returns period until January 30th. Returns will only be accepted if the item is in the same condition as received and includes all original boxing, manuals, documentation, etc...

Return Process:

A number of options may be available depending on the reason for return, including a replacement item or refund.

Please let us know why you wish to return your purchase – the more information the better. We will provide you with full instructions as well as a return form, return address and a pre-paid label to ship back the item (if your return qualifies according to eBay's return rules).

Our logistics warehouses in the UK and US process returns in approximately five to seven business days – we respectfully ask for your understanding during extremely busy periods suchas the holiday season. If you have any concern about your refund, please contact us so we can look into it immediately for you.

Any item that has been altered, worn, used, resized or intentionally damaged is not eligible for return. All returns must be sent with the original box, packaging and all items that were included originally.

Important: for "remorse returns" and similar, you will be refunded for the item cost only - shipping costs will be deducted from the total refund amount (15% of total to a maximum of $25 USD).

Refunds are processed by PayPal – the funds are normally refunded to the payment method used to place the original order

PayPal is the only payment method we can accept currently.

For some selected high value items, other payment methods may be available and this can be viewed via the checkout page before making payment.

Customers with International PayPal accounts may be able to choose from other currency options.

Important note: We reserve the right to decline or reject payments from unverified PayPal accounts, orders with problematic addresses or incomplete information, amongst other reasons.
