Please email me with any questions.  Where possible I will combine shipping if a request is sent prior to payment (Request an invoice total for auctions).  For buy-it-now items, if the shipping combines to upgrade shipping to priority, I will do so.  I will not ship internationally.  All items are as shown in the photograph and do not include anything else.  Payment is expected within 3 days after purchase.
