Tip:
To prevent ear plugs from falling out during sleep,
cut off with scissors the unnecessary part of the ear plugs that is sticking out from the ear.
By doing so ear plugs won't touch your pillow too often and will stay in place for longer.
Make sure you don't cut them too short. Do it in small steps making sure that they still can be taken out easily with your fingers.
