Part number and maker unknown. Taken from multi channel cables used in vintage computer data transfer applications. Silver plated copper center conductor and shield drain, standard tinned copper braided shield (please see pictures). I've used this cable for short and long audio runs as well as signal transfer connections in audio chassis construction with great results.
