Comes with everything you see in the picture including the instructions, warranty cards and paperwork. The case is included and comes with two keys for locking. The power cable is also included. The aluminum cuff device appears to have been cracked on the arm portion but it has been repaired. The cable from the sensor is not included. I'm told this was taken out of service when the cable was lost but was working great before. Please review pics as everything in the pics is included and nothing more. Sold as-is
