Accidental damage along with water damage will void this warranty. Opening up the item and changing any components will void this warranty. You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us. Note that serial numbers of all items and high-end components (motherboards, graphics cards, etc) are recorded and photographed.
We typically ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment and you will receive the item within 2-6 business days after that. We package all items carefully and with lots of packing material, so your item arrives quickly and safely! We ship Monday through Friday so items purchased Friday afternoon and later will be shipped out on Monday. We upload the tracking to your purchase as well on eBay. NOTE - we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.
We offer a Hassle Free, 30 day return policy for all items (items sold "as-in" or for parts do not qualify for returns).
