Powered by a professional 230V induction motor the all new Lumberjack SS405FP Scroll Saw is ideal for precise work allowing you to create, cut and produce intricate cuts in a large scope of materials, this NEW version also boasts the addition of a foot pedal giving you the ability to stop and start without removing hands from the workpiece and enabling you to work quicker and more accurately on complex designs.

A one metre long rotary shaft tool is included with a 3.2mm collet and 64 piece accessory kit, the rotary tool is also compatible with Dremel type accessories, in addition to this the kit comes with scroll saw blades and 2 blade clamps for setting the correct length on plain end blades.

With its stable parallel arm, it is able to make easy, accurate cuts, including circles and round forms and benefits from a strong, steel and cast iron construction to eliminate vibration when in use another major benefit of this machine is it's variable speed control. 

The SS405FP scroll saw grants you full control over the blades speed, so slower speeds can be used to cut plastics and non-ferrous metals without the worry of the blade becoming damaged because of melted plastics; while faster speeds can cut woods up to 50mm thick. An improved tilting table (up to 45 degrees) provides endless possibilities suiting veneer, intarsia and general compound cutting techniques, a dust extraction port allows the removal of dust and debris when used in conjunction with a dust extractor, keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe. 

Compatible with both plain end blades and pin end blades the scroll saw has an integrated built in plain blade setting jig and an integral work-light with a flexible support arm, giving you a choice of illuminated angles so you can achieve the most accurate cut, a safety clamp locks the work-piece into place, eliminating the risk of work-piece movement, blade damage, material breakage or injury to fingers
