Most of our items have cut,removed or partially removed inside labels.If needed this is then replaced with sticky size/care label.

We buy directly from the manufacturer who, as a condition of resale, removes tags & inside labels in order to prevent any returns to store. This de-labelling does not affect the quality of the garment in the slightest, it just means that you get a high quality garment for a fraction of the store price Our garments are bought as cancellations and overuns, they are not seconds.

RETURNS
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item you will receive a full refund.We accept returns on all items if returned within 14 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return postage. Returns must be unused and in same condition as originally sent.
