Microneedling is also called collagen induction therapy which promotes tiny punctures into the skin to stimulate fibroblasts thus producing more collagen and elastin.

The Derma Pen is electronic version of the derma stamp.  This has its advantages by creating much more stimulation with less effort.

The Microneedling Pen has the advantage over the derma roller by creating precision punctures into the skin without tearing the skin like a derma roller may.

IF you do not see blood, do not worry, it is not necessary to see blood to stimulate the fibroblasts.

The skin is .25mm to 1.5mm thick.  The hair or scalp and skin may not even need longer than the 1.5mm adjustment.  The under eyes are the thinnest layer of skin, which .25mm will suffice in this general region.  Many different sources vary but even .25mm will suffice for at home use to promote stimulation and help lift and tighten skin.  Cell renewal factor is 28 days.  Many studies show that doing the treatment monthly has promoted skin healing. 

The Microneedling Pen is a Derma Pen that is better than the derma roller and the derma stamp pen because it uses a frequency of vertical incisions that create tine micro punctures without damaging the skin.  This Microneedling Pen can be used with PRP and other serums to help absorb into the skin and scalp to promote healing factors.  New studies will be shared soon about how to use the Microneedling Pen.
