- Understanding nature of online sales, we using top of the line photo equipment and NATURAL light to deliver life like buying experience. I am NOT using light boxes, special lightening or post processing and correction as many other sellers doing. Think about that, and give me a credit. Please expect pictures carefully, item conditions is subjective matter - and pictures provide all necessary information as required to buyers. My pictures are part of description. Avoid overload I am not placing all pictures in the description body, so please check also pictures uploaded to Ebay server (next to Ebay gallery), I am trying to upload as many as I can.
- We guarantee authenticity by full refund. Authenticity is the one and ONLY reason for return. Expect pictures, ask questions. You have full rights to take the bag to you local Hermes dealer (recommended for any purchase like that) for evaluation. For any concern written by you dealer : we will take return unconditionally and will return you shipping cost and evaluation cost. It never happens to us.
- Also we not offer any kind of aftermarket certificates (some of our items having original receipts from Hermes), you maybe sure all our Hermes items passed evaluation from expert with 20 years experience. We only accept concerns based on evaluation from Hermes.
All cosmetic and other issues will be not considered as a reason for return. Again, we refund ONLY not authentic (never happens) and DOA.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Although our items may come from couple locations, it
will be shipped from Phoenix or NY to US buyers (just pay attention on handling time). We may decide to ship from different location if it benefit greatly speed of delivery.

For Europe/Asia we have good and fast shipping options. Technically we can ship from European union as well, that maybe very important to our EU customers

Winning bidder
must provide payment information within 3 DAYS and payment within 5 DAYS
following auction end. If either of these two requirements are not met auction
will be considered null and void.
Shipping cost : declared in listing. Keep in mind that bags are VERY EXPENSIVE TO SHIP. This is sensitive and large item. We charge just a fraction of real cost! Be patient with shipping time and pricing, it is hard to imagine how important, costly and sensitive such shipping. We no making compromises and main priority is secure and protected delivery
Payments :- We accept Paypal, also direct bank payments, cash on collection possible in some cases, we making in hands delivery in Europe with possibility of taking payment (usually part of it) on collection. Keep in mind, that payment type will GREATLY change the offer we will accept.
Returns :
I am selling
mostly USED expensive watches. This is not high street boutique shop, sitting on
50% profit - the price is a fraction of retail price, also this a SAME,
AUTHENTIC and perfect watch. Unlike expensive boutiques - I do not accept
returns, because you don't like it, or color is not like you imagine it, my
price is cheap, I have no cash for returns . I am selling used watches, so not
responsible for warranty (also it maybe still active). Used watches may have
marks and signs of usage, as well as different from new power reserve and
accuracy. Those are not reason for return : will take the watch back ONLY if not
working (broken) at arrival or not authentic.
Will return you full payment, if item not working (dead at arrival) or not authentic : but those are ONLY the reasons for return. All sales are final - please ask you questions before buying!
