Orders usually ship within 1 - 2 business days of a processed payment. This does not include after hours, weekends or holidays.

Delivery Time

We ship via UPS / SurePost / Mail Innovations. After shipping out from our warehouse, packages are typically delivered in 2 - 6 business days. Shipping companies do not count the day an item is shipped, weekends or holidays in these estimated delivery times.

If part of the country is experiencing a blizzard, ice storm, hurricane or other hazardous conditions it could delay your delivery. Upon receipt of your new necktie, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with any aspect of the tie, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the price of the tie, with no restocking fees.

• Returned neckties must be unworn and in their original clear tie shaped protective sleeves
• All hang tags and/or labels must still attached to the necktie
• Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable
• Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
