This item is a Star Trek: The Next Generation - Borg (firing arm) - MOC - action figure - 100% complete.  The figure was released in 1994 by Playmetes Toys.  The figure is in great shape and comes with all of his original weapons & accessories.   The card in and of itself is in very good shape but does show storage wear.  Please note when stating that the toy is mint on card I am referring to the toy only and not the card it is still attached to.  You receive everything in the photo.

Shipping for this item alone within the United States will be $10.  Shipping for this item outside of the United States will be $25.  I will combine on shipping costs for multiple purchases made and I do ship worldwide.
