Q: How to open the packaging?
I generally try to take off the white label with fingers if I can. If NOT then I use small scissors to cut the plastic wrapping of the rolls.
Q: My Labels are skipping as soon as print is completed. 1.5 labels are spit out after the printed label?
Most common reason for skipping on DYMO labels is the printer NOT recognizing the eliptical hole between labels. The roll needs to be placed inside the black supports snug. It means the labels should be LEFT alligned and tightly covered by black circular plates. The reason for LEFT allignment is because there is a sensor on your printer on the LEFT side which is not able to read the end of label.
Q: How long the shipping takes and when will I receive the item.
Answer: I ship all orders same day. I send orders using Priority Mail and Fedex which generally takes 2-5 business days. You have an option of choosing Fedex 2 Day shipping for US 50 states including Alaska and Hawai and it takes 2 business days. I have even processed orders as late as 8:30 PM CST. Please communicate with me in order message notes if you have any special request.
Q: I ordered by mistake. Will you pay for my return shipping.
Answer: While I always pay for any returns which are approved by eBay. Generally I charge a small shipping fee of $8.3 for I do not want it and Order by mistake reasons. Please understand I run a business and every time I take a return from a customer, as a seller I have to pay shipping for sending the item and then getting it back. While I understand every one makes mistakes but charging ONLY 1 side shipping is fair in my opinion.
Q: Is the DYMO 4XL printer included in purchase.
Answer: No. If you read the description it clearly states that the printer is for illustration purposes ONLY.
Q: What if my labels are skipping.
Answer: Most of the time when labels are skipping it means you had a label jam in printer previously and there is a gum(glue) sticking on the feed of the DYMO 4XL printer. You can resolve this issue by taking the front cover off and cleaning with an alcohol swab slowly. You can send me a message and I can help you troubleshoot.
Q: Are these Genuine DYMO from DYMO?
Answer: I have no affiliation to DYMO company and these are NOT original DYMO labels. These are DYMO 4XL printer compatible. It means they will work on this printer but are not DYMO branded.
