Select your individual car for purchase. I'm initially offering THREE of these cars for individual sale only. Cars are awarded on a first-come, first-first serve basis, and sold-out cars will be grayed out once purchased. You can also buy more than one variation (if available) by adding them to your cart individually, then requesting an invoice from me *before paying.* All boxes exhibit only slight outer wear. The cars feature an excellent level of detail, and feature realistic-looking coal loads, metal wheel sets, and Accu-mate couplers. Thanks for your business!

SHIPPING TERMS AND METHODS

NOTE: PLEASE ALLOW THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS ***AFTER MAKING PAYMENT*** (NOT INCLUDING POSTAL HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS) FOR  ANYTHING YOU'VE BOUGHT FROM ME TO SHIP. I WILL BE WORKING MANY 60-HOUR WEEKS IN 2018 WHERE MY SHIFTS BEGIN BEFORE THE POST OFFICE OPENS AND END AFTER IT CLOSES. I SHIP TWICE A WEEK NORMALLY, BUT SOMETIMES MAY NOT BE ABLE TO SHIP BETWEEN WEDNESDAY ANY MONDAY, AND SOMETIMES MIGHT ONLY BE ABLE TO SHIP ONCE DURING A POSTAL HOLIDAY WEEK. I WILL NOTIFY ALL CUSTOMERS BY MESSAGE  IF AND WHEN THERE ARE ANY EXTENUATING DELAYS BEYOND WHAT IS CONSIDERED "NORMAL."

SHIPPING SERVICES: I utilize USPS (United States Postal Service) services only. Any package weighing 16 ounces or less will ship First Class. All heavier packages will go Priority. All will have tracking that you will have access to once I have printed a label.

MY SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES: Most single basic loose assembled railroad cars or basic un-assembled kits should have a default S&H charge of $4. All items heavier than 16 oz, you will be charged a tabulated rate for Priority Class based on your geographic loction - this is NOT determined by me. When buying MULTIPLE FIRST-CLASS RATE ITEMS like single railroad cars, you will be charged $2 S&H per additional item beyond the first $4 charge, in the event you are paying for them together or having them shipped together. If any of eBay's calculators continue to show a high or unreasonable S&H charge, please bring this to my attention and I will do my best to adjust it. BUT, AS STATED ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT PAY ME A DIME UNTIL YOUR INVOICE LOOKS REASONABLE / ACCURATE.

MY PACKING PRACTICES: Cars in sturdy model boxes (Athearn, Roundhouse, Accurail, etc) will have voids filled inside the boxes and then will be triple wrapped in bubble-wrap before going in in a padded tyvek mailer. Single cars not in model boxes will oft go into a generic brown box with plenty of padding.. I pack items with the utmost of care, using boxes without defects, styrofoam peanuts, air bags, plastic sheeting, cardboard spacers, bubble wrap - I have it all, know it all and can do it all. I also do not leave any voids anywhere in packaging where items could rattle around or break. Henceforth, I cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by the shipment process itself (like excess height drops, being crushed by other items in a truck, or run over by equipment). If you require insurance for the value of your package, I can quote it into the invoice based on USPS rates, and you will be charged that amount, where and when applicable.

ERRORS & ITEMS OR LISTINGS WITH DEFECTS / RETURNS DUE TO DISSATISFACTION

For any items with any significant defects not caught and noted by me before you buy, I will happily give partial (and sometimes FULL) refunds when and where applicable. I sell a couple thousand model train items per year and cannot humanly catch all problems that arise with items. Even "new" items or kits can have defects that cannot reasonably be caught or noticed. If any situation has left you scratching your head, let me know immediately and I can help you. These problems can be as simple as never-opened kits with missing parts.

Reasonable defects I can refund you for (without starting a return process):
- Anything I have claimed to be NEW or never used, but turns out has signs of use or tampering I did not see or notice
- Something broken or otherwise defective I did not see, catch, note, or make note of, or photograph.
- Kits with missing parts or otherwise incomplete items that I have claimed to be complete
- Anything that is designed to perform a function on its own that I have claimed to have tested or have otherwise PERSONALLY deemed as functional, but doesn't work when you get it.

I comply with eBay's "recommended" return policies for sellers. If there as an absolute need to return an item, the 14-day policy is in effect. Item MUST be in the exact same condition in which you received it. Unless there is a major issue beyond buyer's remorse, I will normally NOT refund return-shipping costs - only what you paid initially.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / FEEDBACK

I pledge to anyone who purchases anything from me, that I will strive to make your experience satisfactory, no matter what. But it is imperative that YOU to CONTACT ME immediately to resolve any issues you may have. Before any situation arises where you have to file any kind of eBay case, I can offer multiple solutions for you. Please be kind and honest - suspicious, malicious or fraudulent activity can and will be reported to eBay.
