Please be aware, when ordering these items, that you will need to provide us with your Full Name and Phone Number before we can ship out the item. ***Shipping times typically take about a 5-7 Business days.
  • Whole Engine Assemblies, Transmissions and other items specified above in the notes will be shipped via Freight. Shipping via Freight typically takes about 5-7 Business days.
  • Most other smaller items will be shipped out via Fedex Ground, Home Delivery, Smartpost, or USPS flat rate. These methods of shipping typically take 2-7 business days. 
  • All of the above shipping time estimates are based on the Continental United State. Please allow more time for international shipments.
  • Handling times for the majority of our smaller items is 1-2 business days. Handling times for larger items is 2 business days.

International Customers:
  • We ship internationally!
  • However, large items like hoods, bumpers, fenders, doors, trunks, engines and transmissions are not offered with our international shipping. Please contact us about these parts if you would like to work something out. We are here to help the customers. 
  • The buyer is fully responsible for any import duties, taxes or fees associated with their purchases.
Returns:
  • All returns must be made and will be accepted within 30 days of the item being received by the customer, only if the item is nonfunctional or if it varies substantially from the description provided by us. Please, do not order parts just to check and diagnose your vehicle. 
  • Please ask any question BEFORE purchasing an item and verify fitment with your local dealer or an independent source. 
  • Buyer is fully responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Most of our listing are offered with free shipping meaning the shipping and handling costs are combined to give you a total cost of your order. You will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping and handling costs as soon as the item is returned to us. 
  • All of our electronics are tested prior to removal from the donor vehicle. They are sold with a warranty sticker. Tampering with or removal of this warranty sticker will immediately VOID your warranty claim. Please return your item with this warranty sticker so a warranty can be processed. 
Warranty:

  • We offer a 30 day unlimited mile warranty on all of our parts. 
  • All of our parts are tested prior to removal. 
  • All items may contain small minor scruffs and scratches that may not show entirely in the photos because these are all used parts, unless otherwise stated in the notes above.
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can help you. 
  • Warranty period starts on the day you receive the item.
