If I have several items listed ending at the same time or bought at the same time with Buy it Now, I will combine shipping; just let me know when checking out so I can put them together when I send the invoice.
I only accept PayPal and ask that you please pay for the item within three days of the auction ending, otherwise the item will be relisted and nonpayment reported.  I do not accept returns. All items have been listed as accurately and with as much information as possible.  If however, you believe something was grossly misrepresented, then I will provide a refund once I have received the item that was purchased.  All items come from a pet and smoke-free home.
If there is any kind of issue, please contact me before leaving negative feedback, as I am really flexible and will work with you to fix a problem, before that feedback is necessary.  I really do want to resolve any problems and for everyone to be happy with their item. I do request that if for some reason, you can not pay within the three day period to be kind enough just to let me know/communicate with me, so I can work with you on it and plan accordingly (i.e. if I am going out of town, I plan not to have active listings at that time, but if payment is delayed then I may have to delay when I can ship).
