- If you are not satisfied with the purchase for any acceptable reason. Please do email us first, we will offer refund or exchange.
- All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition, the products must be in its original condition. If the item you have ordered is defective, please contact us first.
- You must inform us within 7 working days of your receipt; and ship the item(s) back and responsible for the shipping and handling fee.
We will only honor you refund after the item(s) is delivered back. You also need to inform us before you send the item(s).
