For sale on this auction is the beautiful Victorian mansion (5300 with instruction packet) I am INCLUDING all you see in the pictures on this auction. I have each room in their own bags, some still with the instructions. The kitchen set also includes the box. Included sets are as follows:

If you win any of my other auctions, I am happy to combine shipping when possible. The box for this particular auction is full, so I can’t get any more in it. I will happily combine any of my other auctions because they are not boxed up yet. I am located in Michigan and I checked on shipping to different zones for the size and weight of this package. It varied wildly from 22.00 in my own zone all the way to 71.00 to somewhere west of the Rockies.
