For sale is 1pcs. NDB7875 445nm High power laser diode, 9mm, tinned pin. These diodes have been extracted from a multi diode laser array with moderately low time and will come with some solder on the pins. Each diode has been carefully inspected and cleaned of heatsink compound residue. Each diode has been tested on a laser power meter and will be working at peak power and efficiency. I will provide a link below for you to see a test I performed on this diode.
1.8 amps at 5v will produce over 2 watts of laser output power with a G2 lens as long as you provide proper cooling for the diode.
