・Most packages are sent small package with tracking number via Japan post. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks but it can take longer due to getting caught up at customs etc. If you haven't received your package after 5 weeks (sadly it has taken that long for some countries), please contact us and we can discuss what to do next.
