In the 1950's THE GANG OF FIVE robots were battery powered tin toys produced by the Masudaya Corp of Japan.  These 5 "skirt" robots have become favorites among collectors.  The original Radicon Robot was the first wireless remote control robot and was featured in Popular Mechanics magazine the Christmas of 1958.  The wind up toy in this box is a miniature tin toy version of a member of THE GANG OF FIVE.  Radicon Robot is sure to become a valued collectible toy for generations to come.
