The preferred method of payment is Paypal however can also take payment on debit or credit card via PayPal or over the phone by calling our mobile. We can also take bank transfer. Please contact us for bank details.

Shipping, Tracking, Collection

All our items are shipped free with either My Hermes (signed on delivery) or Parcel Force 48 for larger items.

All items have shipping upgrade options for faster or alternative services. Additional fees apply for these options.  See the postage options for further details. 

Tracking

You should automatically receive tracking details once your item is dispatched however in the unlikely event of not receiving tracking, just drop us an email and we’ll get it sorted out for you.   

Collection

You can collect by appointment from our place in Leeds. Just call/text to arrange collection. 

Refund Policy 

In the unlikely event of a problem, you can return it back to us within 7 days for a no quibble refund, providing it is returned in the same condition it was received.  Please note however that you will be responsible for the cost of return postage.
