  • Our inks and icing sheets are made from EU approved ingredients, list of ingredients can be provided upon request
  • Use and storage instructions are provided with all orders, topper will need to be cut to desired shape
  • All toppers will last minimum 3 months if stored in the airtight bag provided

Please ensure all spelling and dates are correct as they will be copied and pasted exactly as received. Personalised items cannot be returned unless we have made a mistake or the item is faulty. If no personalisation details are supplied within 24 hours of purchase the order will be posted with blank space instead.

  1. All orders are shipped in a hard back 'Do Not Bend' envelope.  
  2. If you choose the free postage option, your order will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please allow this amount of time for your order to arrive. Other services on offer are Royal Mail 1st Class (usually taking 1 to 2 working days) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (usually arriving the next working day excluding the weekend.)

  • As this is a tailor-made item it cannot be returned unless a mistake is made on our part
  • Delivery dates provided in this listing are estimates only. We cannot accept any responsibility if your item arrives later than expected as this is out of our hands. Therefore, we advise you order with plenty of notice. Before emailing to ask where your item is, please ensure you check your local sorting office as calling cards are not always left by the postman. 
  • If you are outside the UK then your order will be posted via Royal Mail Air Mail. Please note that occasionally items might be delayed by customs which is out of our control. The buyer is responsible for any customs charges.
