My property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat and some of the proceeds go to buy birdseed, wildlife food, medicines when needed, and provided needed shelter. I'm not a nonprofit yet but Im working on that. I operate a nonchemical and organic property. I will go out of my way to accommodate you with payment methods and timing. And I try very hard to describe items accurately, Answer questions fast and clearly. My goal is to provide you with the best possible EBAY experience and give you excellent items at a good fair price. Since I don't very best I ask that you:

SHIPPING: I generally ship items witin 2or less business days. I don't make money of shipping, the shipping fee is based on the weight, zip code, and method of shipping. So leaving a bad mark for shipping won't change the price. So please don't penalize me for postal fees.
DAMAGES: Any damages incurred due to shipping mishandling needs to have claims filed with the Post Office. I’m not responsible for that. I package items well and mark the box FRAGILE if needed. Visit USPS.com, use the Full site, click HELP then CLICK FILE A CLAIM. Then follow instructions
RETURNS: I accept returns if item is grossly misrepresented with prior approval. Please notify me immediately with in 3 days of receiving your purchase. I allow 14 days from the close of auction for you to repackaged in the same good manner, and get delivery back to me.
