Is it an easy job to do:

- NO it is not. If you have good mechanical skills, I would encourage you to go for the repair. If not, please do NOT buy this KIT, or if you do, give it to a professional. I have done this repair a billion times, for me it is only a few minutes. If you do it for the first time, then it will defeinitely last much longer, it could even be hours.

Manual:
- the kit comes with a very detailed printed manual, plus a video 

Technical support:
 - if you have a question not covered by the manual, you may contact us and request technical support

Backup service:
 - if you fail with the installation, you may send it to us for repair, only 50GBP including return delivery cost

Postal delivery:
