Postage
· Free
postage ONLY applies for products marked as "Free Postage" that have
a delivery address within major city “metro” areas in NSW, VIC, SA, ACT, QLD
& WA.
· Metro
area suburbs are deemed by “Muscle Garage”, as in some circumstances where an
address is borderline or realively remote we may need
to charge additional fees to cover extra postage costs. Please email for quote,
if you have any concerns.

Regional, N.T. & TAS deliveries, please email for freight quote.
· PO Box
Addresses not accepted. Failure to provide a metro street address and contact
number will result in delays to the dispatch of your order.
· All
purchases will be delivered by our couriers of choice and will require a
physical postal address and phone number.
· The
freight companies are in no way associated with us. They are a service we pay
to get your order to you. Please do not leave any negative or neutral feedback
regarding freight issues as logistical matters are out of our control once
orders have been despatched. If you have any concerns with your delivery,
please contact us and we will contact the couriers on your behalf.
Delivery
Once the goods
are signed for, the buyer takes full responsibility for the condition of the
goods. If the goods show signs of transit damage, please contact us immediately
after signing for delivery of the goods. Any claims made outside the 24 hours
will be refused. Delivery of your order will require a signature upon delivery.
If there is no one onsite to receive the goods the courier will be instructed
to take the parcel back to the depot. This will incur additional re-delivery
fees payable by the recipient. Please give clear instructions upon purchase as
per your delivery needs – for example: If you instruct us to leave the goods
onsite in a safe location the buyer takes full responsibility of the product.
Fitting
We recommend
our products be installed by a professional exhaust fitter or mechanic with
access to the appropriate tools required to fit our products.
Disclaimer
· We do
our best to ensure that all our listings are correct, however we are only

· In the
event that we have incorrectly advertised an item, or there is an error in our
listing, we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
Muscle Garage reserve the right to finalise the transaction by a full refund of
the sale at our discretion.
· Any
part(s) which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed
contrary to manufacturer's instructions , and/or subjected to improper
handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for
exchange, refund or warranty consideration.
· Any purchases
that the customer orders incorrectly will result in the customer paying all
freight charges with regards to refund and/or replacement of goods back and
forth to Muscle Garage.
· It is
your responsibility as the buyer to ensure that the product(s) you are ordering
from Muscle Garage are suitable and correct for your application.
· Please

and understood our terms and conditions and additionally, that you have ensured
the products suitability for your intended purpose.
