Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday). Free shipping is conducted through Australia Post and can take up to 2-7 business days. Your patience during this period is appreciated as once your item is dispatched, the delivery time is largely out of our control. If you do not receive your order within the advised timeframe above, please let us know as soon as possible.
Should you require your order sooner than the advised timeframe of 2-7 business days, we do offer an express post option (1-2 business days).
International customers:
Please see applicable costs for individual items. We are more than happy to combine shipping costs when available and delivery to most countries is usually 5-10 business days. Some countries (eg. Canada, Brazil) sometimes hold deliveries at customs for longer periods.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund on the purchase price (less the shipping costs we incurred) or exchange the product to one of equal value.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. The BUYER is responsible for return shipping costs but please contact us prior to returning any item.
In the unlikely event that there is a fault or problem with your order, please let us know via direct message so we can assist in resolving it for you.
