We are handling your orders within 2 business days upon cleared payment. For West Malaysia delivery time require 2-4 working days. For East Malaysia delivery time will takes longer.

Recipient’s Signature is required for our delivery service. Parcel failed to deliver due to no one at home, parcel will return back to Carrier Company and waiting instruction. Buyers required to contact them to make arrangement either pick up at local post office OR re-deliver to same address.
