  • We dispatch all orders via DPD Parcel , Monday to Friday using one of the following service:

    - International Tracked Postage

    Kindly note that DPD service includes tracking and requires a signature upon delivery. If you're not home at the time of delivery, the postman will leave a card with pickup details from your local DPD Depot.

  • We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays and Public Holidays.
  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of payment clearance.
  • All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Baarle Nassau (NL). The typical delivery time frames are:

    - NL / DE / BE: 1-2 working days
    - Rest of the Europe: 3 - 10 working days; depending on the destination country.

  • All orders are packed and wrapped carefully to prevent damage to their contents.
  • For international customers, delivery charges do apply. Kindly ask us for details.

  • We accept payment through PayPal or your credit/debit card and bank transfer in our shop.
  • We require cleared funds before we can dispatch your order.

  • If you are not happy with your purchase, please return it to us within 14 days.
  • We will issue your refund upon receipt of the goods, provided the goods are returned to us in perfect condition.
  • Prior to returning the product, kindly contact us at using eBay’s “Ask Seller a Question” link to obtain a returns code and returns address.
  • Any items returned without a returns code obtained from us will be not processed.
