Important information for international buyers.
   Any customs or import duties are charged  once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.

Due to regulations we cannot mark items as gift.

  Delivery  

All items are based in UK. We carefully packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. 

FREE UK Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd class Sign For Service)

Fully Tracked & Sign Service for all International deliveries (for some countries track & sing service is not available and items will be send with Sign for service or Standard Service with same delivery time.) (3-7 days)

Combine your postage and save money - Please email with details of items you are interested in for discount postage cost. The maximum weight per order must be up to 2 kg. If your items are more than 2 kg, they will be send with second order.  We will send you invoice with new postage price. Please do not pay before receive your invoice with combined items.

We send all items (UK and International) with Signed For service and will require a signature upon delivery. You will receive an email upon dispatch of your order letting you know it is on its way. If there is no answer at the address when your parcel arrives, you will be left a calling card with instructions on how to collect your order or rearrange delivery. We also advise that you provide an address for delivery where you or someone on your behalf will be available to sign for your parcel as deliveries take place during business hours and require a signature upon receipt. 

   Returns  

 If you have a problem with your item or just don`t like it, please don't hesitate to send a message

You can return any item you are not completely happy with for a refund, within 30 days of receiving. Please send us a message and you can open return request and follow the steps shows on eBay. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of postage (this includes the original delivery cost and return postage). If you wish to request reimbursement for postage due to an incorrectly advertised, damaged or faulty item just send us a message and we will reimburse your postage costs.
