This is a Vintage NOS "Sims - Pure Juice" Wood Skateboard Deck with a Kicktail and Wheel Wells.

The Top Deck has a Natural Wood Grain Finish, and a Solid Background.

The Bottom Deck has a Natural Wood Grain Finish, a Solid Background and a Red Printed "Sims Pure Juice" Logo.

It is New Old Stock (NOS). It has never been Grip Taped, Drilled, Mounted with Trucks or Used. It has some Wear from Age and Storage.
