Returns as stated, accepted for all stated listings and only if the goods are deemed to be faulty or the listing is incorrect, please note NOT all items are returnable for various safety reason. Goods can only be return within returns policy, i.e. we MUST be notified within 48 hours of receipt of item. If this is the case the item MUST be returned providing it is in its original condition with Tags/Labels still attached (including the packaging where it forms part of the goods, i.e. boxed items), any seals on the product remain unbroken & for hygiene or safety reasons have not been worn, opened or used. I recommend that you return via recorded/signed postal service, as we won’t be responsible for item’s lost or damaged in post/transit.
Once the item is returned in satisfactory condition we will cancel the order and process your refunds, minus the any costs. Change of mind post and return postal charges are non refundable.
