UK POSTAGE:For UK postage, we always send our items by Royal Mail 2nd class, however each of our listings has the option to upgrade to 1st class or 24 hour courier. Please note that a parcel can only delivered by courier within 24 hours if we receive the order by 10am. 
We always aim to send our parcels the same day if purchased by 12 noon 
We ship on Monday - Friday ONLY. 
Any orders placed between 12 noon on a Friday and Midnight on a Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
This includes 1st class and 24 hour courier parcels

RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Please note : You are welcome to return products at your own cost (unless an item is damaged) 

Once your product has been returned to us, we will then return payment. There is an administration fee of 30p that will be deducted at final return payment, this also applies to cancellations
