This sparrow birthday cake topper decoration comes with protective films on both sides which should be peeled off prior to use. The films protect the topper from surface scratching.

How to Send the Name and Colour Information:
On checkout please:
1. Click the 'Message to Seller' link. A box will then appear.
2. Type the name to personalise the topper inside the box.
3. If you want a different colour to Black, also specify your preferred colour from this list: White, Purple, Red, Pink, Orange, Light Blue, Blue or Navy Blue.
4. Click the 'Add' button before you complete payment
Remember to click the 'Add' button otherwise your information will not be sent.

How to Tell Us you Don't Want a Name in the Topper:
As above, on checkout please:
1. Click the 'Message to Seller' link. A box will then appear.
2. Type in the box that you do not want the topper with a wording (name).
3. If you want a different colour to Black, also specify your preferred colour from this list: White, Purple, Red, Pink, Orange, Light Blue, Blue or Navy Blue.
4. Click the 'Add' button before you complete payment

Returns:
Because this sparrow birthday topper is available by custom order and is personalised, it is not returnable. Our decorations are of the highest quality. However, if your topper arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the topper within 24 hours on receipt and we will dispatch a replacement for you.
