Tape is loose on one side but appears to have never been removed. Plastic screen is loose on 1 side as shown in photos, I dont believe this was enough to ever remove any items, Figure is still sealed in plastic bubble inside box.

Box does show some corner and edge wear as shown in photos. 

Figure inside box appears to have never been removed as the tape is still intact on the outside of the box.

Please check photos very closely for exact condition.
