Your Own Words
- Put your most important word first - Make sure we know who its for.
- Include meaningful words like places, drinks, destinations etc..
- Use commas to separate words and phrases (keep any phrases to 2 or 3 words)
- Use standard type, no emoticons
- 20 - 30 single words work best for wordart

Q. What paper do you use?
A. We only use 280gsm white silk card, this gives a vibrant professional finish. It costs much more than standard card and photo paper but the results are definitely worth it.
Q. If I order today when will it arrive?
A. We process orders as fast as possible, most of the time your order will leave us within 24 hours of purchase. This includes time it takes to personalise your gift.
Q. Is the frame included?
A. Check the description above, we offer most designs with or without a frame on separate listings. Contact us if you can't find what you are looking for and we will give you an item number.
Delivery Information
We like to run a tight ship so the majority of orders are processed and posted within 24 hours of purchase. Please make sure we have your personalised words so we can get to work straight away! We use Royalmail 48 to keep the cost of the gifts down, but you can use Royalmail 24 for a small charge if its more urgent.
We do ship to Europe, we use the eBay global shipping system so the item will be tracked and delivered without any issues.
