The Earrings Gift Box is sold separately 

These are round 1 x 1 Luminous LEGO® studs attached to Silver Plated or Gold Plated butterfly earring backs. You get to choose the colour of the studs and whether the earring posts and backs are Silver Plated or Gold Plated, and if you want a different colour on each earring that's fine too, just leave a note on the order. 

The price is for 1 pair of Luminous Stud Earrings. I have also made some Earrings Gift Boxes out of LEGO® bricks to keep your Stud Earrings in and these can be seen in the picture below the earrings.
