This is one of the best preserved houses I've seen in recent years.
Camel colored with white trim and a dark gray slate roof, this three-story Victorian mansion is beautiful in size and detail. The house color looks like it just came out of the box new. The whites remain bright.
It has its original gold front doorknob and two white doorknobs, one on the front upstairs and the other on the side upstairs door. The mansion also has all its original flowers, curtains, attic blinds, and wall fillers--all small pieces that easily go missing.
It even has its gold finials. These are small, fragile pieces that often get broken when children lean over these houses. Also, they're small and vacuum cleaners love them. But this house has all five.
The original mom, dad, and little girl are present.
It even includes its original poster of the house in like-new condition.
It even has its original box, which is in very good condition. We will ship it disassembled, in a larger, sturdy shipping box.
The set will include its original instruction booklet. It wasn't handy when I took the picture. The house is easy to assemble.

You can’t go wrong with Playmobil. This, in our opinion, was one of their most spectacular sets. The mansion is about 25 inches wide, 25 inches tall, and 11 1/2 inches deep. There are hours and hours of great play yet to be experienced in the set.
