This book measures approx. 13 1/8" tall x 10 1/4" wide by 1 1/4" thick.
We are not book collectors, so I'm not sure how to "rate" the condition of this book. It is best to look at the close up pics to decide for yourself. There is some wear and worn spots on the corners and binding. There is a few pages that the binding is showing cause it looks as if someone pushed down on the binding to keep the book open. I'm sure its just from use and age. There is some fading and some stains along with some wear to the cover and back.
I flipped through it quickly, and I do not see any writing on the pages. There may be some folded corners or tears that I did not see. The rice paper in the beginning of the book has brownish spots all over it, I'm guessing from moisture and storage. It also is wrinkled. The first page has some lighter brown spots probably from the rice paper.
Inside the cover is a sticker that someone wrote the book info on.
Has a very slight musty smell, but nothing that will bother anyone.
