     Without a UPC, I can't be 100% certain I've matched the correct edition from the ebay database.
     Contents and printed dates match.  My confidence level is "beyond a reasonable doubt".

 Photographs are of the actual CD for sale, not stock pictures.
 
 Condition
  Disc :  Very mild cosmetic wear.  A few short faint marks, a few dust specks.
     Light signs of use, no functionally relevant wear.
  Case : Excellent.
  Front foldout, back liner : Excellent.  Very mild wear to foldout.

 Shipping and handling
    $2.99 first class parcel.   $6.99 for Priority mail.  (Canada - $9.99 for first class international.)
      Combined shipping - 75 cents for each CD or similar lot after the first.  (U.S. only - Canada, request a combined invoice)
      For combined shipping to apply, all items must be paid for with a single payment.
        Use 'add to cart' until all items have been selected.
      Media mail might become necessary if several items are combined, as the USPS has a weight limit for first class (15 ounces).
   CDs will be sent in a protective bubble envelope, with an additional layer of padding.
   Generally, I'll ship this out within three business days of completed payment (usually on the next full business day).
