Do not exceed the recommended dose during the day. Dietary supplements can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store at room temperature in an airtight container out of the reach of small children.
Directions for use: 2 teaspoons add into a glass, pour lukewarm water and mix it.
Wait for approx.
3-5 minutes then stir and drink.
Follow this with further glass of water.
Take twice a day, 15-30 minutes before meals not exceed stated dose.
While using - drink more water, at least 2 litres per day.
