Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 working days following receipt, provided the item is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging and obtain a full refund. If the item is damaged or faulty we will exchange (where available) or refund if required.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Shipping Method
To help keep our prices as low as possible we ship domestic purchases by Royal Mail Second Class Post and always ship the following working day after payment is received. A certificate of postage is always obtained as proof of postage. If you require another delivery method please contact us in the first instance.
Postage Guarantee
No postage is free!- therefore it is our policy to show our prices separately so the cost of postage is not hidden within the price of the item. We only charge the actual cost of postage and do not make a profit on this element. If for any reason the price is different when the item is weighed at the Post Office we guarantee the following:
- If the cost is more we will meet the cost.
- If the cost is less we will refund the difference back to your Paypal account.
