It was new until I pried the battery cover off and broke the top left tab plus a scratch.

AA batteries did not fit into receptacle. No terminals to connect to? see pics..

Everything else is new, works like it says in directions-should flash amber yellow light when connected properly to USB port.

Both CD's are near perfect. 

Nexstar edition adaptor works only on nexstar edition of this game....
