This is a Nakamichi CR-5A Discrete 3 Head Cassette Deck, in great cosmetic condition, operationally in need of repair, or to be used for parts.  The deck powers up and will play a tape occasionally, but not consistently or reliably. When a tape is playing, both channels work, as do bulbs, tape counter and meters.  Record functions were not tested.  Other than that I do not know how to diagnose what this deck might need for repair. 

Has some fading on the buttons and a little mark on the top, see pictures 10 and 11.
