Here's a Tamiya Water Line Series Tama Japan Light Cruiser, plastic model kit #84.  This model is 1/700 scale.  New in package in factory shrink wrap.  Made in Japan. 

I purchased this model years ago and never built it.  It has been stored in a closet in a smoke free environment.    

The box is approximately 11.5" x 4.5" x 1.5".
