I once had a very large Barbie collection by many Mattel designers.  I sold or traded most of them away over the last decade.  Over the years, I started to collect Fashion Royalty instead of Mattel due to the exquisite quality of that line and collected less Barbie.  But this beauty has stayed in my collection through all my changes and can hold her own against any other 12 inch fashion doll!

I have moved to a smaller home in the last year and can no longer display a large collection, I am selling many of my most favorite dolls.  See my other auctions as well.  

This creation is all about attention to the small details.  Her gorgeous cascading curls are offset with a pretty large straw hat creation to shade her face from the sun.  Her hair has a barrette style accent, coupled with simple earrings.  Her eyelashes are long -- and partly blue!  The blue is picked up in the skirt of the day length sheath style dress, coupled with floral embroidery on one side of the sexy skirt.  The semi sheer top is simple but accented nicely with design and is perched above a bustier style waist treatment in the dress.  Opera length gloves, faux stone long necklace, strappy shoes -- just a beautiful doll.  

I have never redressed her or changed her in any way.  She has been on display in a glass front case since the day I got her.
