We Accept Payment in the form of PayPal, Bank Transfers and Cash on Delivery for those who want to pick up their purchase.

Payment is required in full within 3 business days of purchase unless otherwise organized. Business days do not include public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Please ensure that your eBay Id is included with your payment, failure to do so may result in a delay of your purchase being shipped.

We ship most of our goods using Australia Post. Bulkier or Heavy items will be sent by Courier. If the Item is Bulky or over 3KG we will not ship to PO Boxes.

All items will be posted by regular post which usually takes between 2-8 Business days within Australia, unless the express postage option is selected at an additional cost or the listing specifically states that the order will be sent by Express Post free of charge.

Please bear in mind that weekends and public holidays do not count as normal business days. Please ensure that your shipping details are correct at time of purchase. If you make your payment via PayPal, we will dispatch your order to the address listed in your PayPal information. If you find that your package is taking longer than expected, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Local pick up is available. Pick up location will be advised once your order has been confirmed.

Please Note that some items will be sent without retail packaging to reduce freight costs so that we can continue to provide free freight on all orders.

We have a 30 Day Return Policy in place which covers the Return, Replacement or Repair of items that are deemed Faulty, DOA (Damaged on Arrival), Not fit for purpose or does not match the item description. In this case we will accept responsibility for return postage costs.

We will NOT accept returns for change of mind or incorrectly ordered items unless this is specially arranged. In the case that a return of this nature is accepted the buyer accepts all responsibility and cost of returning the item.

Our standard practice in the event of a Faulty, DOA, Not fit for purpose or does not match the item description is to replace the item. You will either be asked to return the one you received or keep/destroy it depending on the item and the problem. Once a return tracking number is lodged the replacement will be dispatched. Under special circumstances a refund may be offered.

Items that are not in the original package that the item came with cannot be returned.

Electrical items cannot be returned unless the item can be tested to confirm it is in the original working condition. Consumable items such as globes and fuses cannot be returned if they have been fitted or sealed packaging has been broken/opened under any circumstances.

If the buyer is seeking a refund on a return that has been fitted or is not in the original packaging will be subject to a re-stocking fee to cover depreciation in value of the goods. This fee will be between 15%-40% depending on the item and condition returned. If the item is deemed unsalable no refund will be given.
