• A 15% restocking fee will apply to any products that are returned to us. The returned parts must not be used and must be returned in the original packaging.
• Only authorized returns will be accepted; Any unauthorized returns will be subject to a 30% re-stocking fee
• In order to authorize the return, customers will have to provide the exact year, make and model of their vehicle including engine size (liters and cylinders, eg: V6 4.2L) and VIN#.
• Parts that have been installed or altered are non-returnable and will be denied if returned.
• Buyer is responsible for any costs incurred to ship the product back to us. If there are any additional costs to be paid once the return is received by the main warehouse, the amount will be deducted from the overall return.
• Returns will be accepted within 14 days of customer receiving their order
• Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to be issued after return is received and approved.

• All parts come with a one year or 20,000 mile warranty (whichever comes first).
• Warranty covers 1) Manufacturer defects and 2) Emissions failures and check engine lights directly related to catalyst efficiency (Technicians report must be provided)
• Warranty does not cover 1) clogged converters, 2) melted or contaminated substrates, 3) noise levels, and 4) road damage.
